Prince Albert of Monaco has travelled to Athens where he is holding meetings with political and state leaders.
More specifically, this morning he visited the Maximou Mansion where he met with Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
Kyriakos Mitsotakis briefed Prince Albert on the creation of two new national marine parks

During the meeting, they spoke about the initiatives undertaken by Greece regarding the responsible management and protection of the oceans and seas.
In fact, the Prime Minister informed Prince Albert II of Monaco about the creation of two new national marine parks, in the Ionian Sea and the Aegean Sea (Southern Cyclades).
Albert was accompanied by his colleagues, while Foreign Minister Giorgos Gerapetritis sat at the table with Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
Then Prince Albert had a meeting with the President of the Republic, Konstantinos Tasoulas.
In his on camera statements at the Presidential Palace, Prince Albert spoke about Monaco’s centuries-old relations with Greece and the common Mediterranean culture, a culture of peace and mutual assistance.
