The head of the European Public Prosecutor’s Office, Laura Covesi, on entering the Ministry of Justice to meet with the Minister of Justice, George Florides, and the Deputy Minister of Justice, Yannis Bougas, said in a statement:
“Thank you for coming, I will be meeting with three ministers: Justice, Interior (i.e. Civil Protection) and Finance. As I said last time, some promises have been made. We have come to see what the situation is. There is a lot of noise around our affairs but tomorrow I will be able to say more.”
