Despite the intense pressure of the international situation on shipping and transport costs, the government has managed to maintain stable prices for ferry tickets in view of the Easter period, emphasizing the support of island communities and passengers, as Minister of Shipping and Island Policy, Vassilis Kikilias, said in a statement.

Specifically, Mr Kikilias said:

“Despite the war, the difficult international situation, the energy crisis that has been triggered and the prevailing uncertainty, the Greek government has managed to hold down the prices of ferry tickets for the Easter holidays, supporting the shipping industry and above all the citizens, passengers, travellers and islanders.”
