U.S. President Donald Trump is set to visit Greece in 2026, Kimberly Guilfoyle has revealed.
Specifically, the US Ambassador to Athens revealed the news during her visit to ERT’s Radio House.
Gilfoil also said that US Secretary of War Pete Hegseth and Foreign Minister Marco Rubio will be visiting the country in July.
As the US ambassador added, Hegceth and Rubio’s visit will take place before the NATO summit in Turkey, and it is speculated that the US president may also come to Athens then – but nothing is certain yet.
The reason, according to the same sources, that Trump wants to come to Greece this year is because it is the 250th anniversary of US independence and he would like to combine this anniversary with a visit to the country that gave birth to democracy.

Speaking to reporters in early February, she had said she was aware that Donald Trump was going to visit the country, and had also mentioned Melania Trump.
“I hope (Melania) will come. I know the president is coming and I’m really looking forward to both of them coming to visit Greece. It will be an incredible honor for the country, yes,” Kimberly Guilfoyle had said.
