Government sources have given a response to the harsh criticism of the government and Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis by Nikos Androulakis from the floor of the Greek Parliament.
In a comment, they argued that “the presumption of innocence is the foundation of the rule of law”, while taking jabs at the stance of the opposition leader, whom they accused of trying to create impressions.
They also stressed that the government is seeking speedy administration of justice in order to have a clear picture of the ongoing cases.
