Nikos Karanikas made a scathing post on Tuesday afternoon (14.04.2026), launching a fierce attack against SYRIZA, Alexis Tsipras, the New Left (NEAR) and PASOK. Karanikas raised the tone, accusing the opposition parties of political incompetence and complete disconnection from reality.

“To their world and their morality”
Using particularly harsh language, Nikos Karanikas spoke of an opposition that is “in its own world”, choosing to invest in secondary issues instead of producing substantial political work. According to him, the opposition forces have been trapped in a sterile “moralizing” and in corruption cases that are the subject of justice, to the point of being consumed by minor issues such as “whether Lazaridis has a degree.”

“They deal with the secondary matters because they cannot deal with the primary ones,” he said, underlining their inability to confront the substance of government policy.

The absence of an alternative narrative
.
Karanikas argued that the opposition is limited to “easy denunciations” and brief statements of disagreement, lacking a reasoned deconstruction or a serious alternative. “No debate, no different narrative,” he said, stressing that there is no substantial elaboration of government initiatives.

In fact, he listed the central pillars of the 2025-2026 agenda, on which the opposition – in his view – remains absent:

The “new high school” and the new Local Government Code.

The management of water scarcity and legal migration.

Collective agreements, the digitalisation of the state and the new tax cuts.

“They deserve to be out of parliament”
His criticism was not confined to the MPs, but extended to the party base and their supporters on social media. He described the entire opposition image as “really useless”, stating bluntly that “they deserve to be out of parliament”.

Closing his intervention, Nikos Karanikas gave a renewal slogan, stressing the need for a new, competent and credible opposition that will be completely separated from “the decadence of Tsipras, SYRIZA, NEAR and PASOK”, concluding with the phrase: “The future is in our hands”.

The future is in our hands.

.

“Useless and incompetent opposition. In her world. (In 2′)

The opposition of SYRIZA Near Tsipras and PASOK is so unreliable and incompetent that they have devoted their opposition to moralizing, corruption that is the business of prosecutors and now lately they have focused on whether Lazaridis has a degree.

They are concerned with the secondary issues because they cannot deal with the primary ones by criticizing the works of the government.
They are incapable of doing politics and are making fun of pomp and circumstance.

In their world.

We don’t know what they say about the bills and the changes that have been and will be made.

Maybe they made some two-sentence announcement to tell us they disagree entirely with the bill which they obviously didn’t read since the government is the worst as they say and they consider it invalid.

Nor deconstruction since it requires point analysis and they are incapable of that.

Direct nullification. Easy and impressive. No controversy, no different narrative.

Otherwise they are cheering that the far-right has changed from a right-wing friendly government to an eh government in Hungary after about two decades of a right-wing friendly eh government.

Well again but …mercy.
Useless really and deserve to be out of parliament.

Right things that need to be done.

I present to you what the incompetent and useless of the opposition with SYRIZA Near Tsipras PASOK as flag bearers of decadence have not dealt with seriously, publicly, credibly alternative and massively i.e. online.

Personally without secretarial support and only with the help of the internet and AI I was able to present the government agenda that the opposition shuns as it is useless and incompetent apart from being unreliable.

And it is not only their parliamentary team that is not capable of seriously engaging with government policy it is their members and followers are just as dumb and incompetent because they have thrown it into moralizing and online swearing by toxicly characterizing the government and not politically with arguments so that we the voters , the populace can learn what they disagree on, agree on and what the government is doing wrong.

What are they proposing!?

Useless opposition and untrustworthy.

This is the main reason why we, the independent and unaffiliated citizens with political criteria and interest in our lives and our country, should create the conditions for a competent and credible opposition that will separate from the decadence of Tsipras SYRIZA Near PASOK.

The future is in our hands”
