The Greek Public Corruption Perception Index, citing data from Transparency International, is referred to in a post by Health Minister Adonis Georgiades.
According to what he writes, “New Democracy received the index from PASOK in 2012 in 94th place and handed it over to SYRIZA in 2015 in 58th place. In 2019 N.D took it over from SYRIZA in 60th place and in 2025 our position under N.D went to 56th.
The Corruption Perception Index (CPI), published annually by Transparency International, is a leading global indicator of public sector corruption. It ranks 180 countries based on how corrupt their public sectors are perceived by experts.”
