54-year-old man died when his vehicle plunged under unknown circumstances into a 40-metre ravine.
The fatal accident, according to Lamiareport, occurred at dawn on Friday, April 3, on the roads of Agrafa, Evrytania, in the Metaxades area of the Prasia community.
From the evidence so far, it is alleged that the truck, driven by a 54-year-old man, under unknown circumstances at the moment, veered off course and went off a 40-metre cliff.
Firefighters who arrived at the scene recovered the driver unconscious.
The 54-year-old was then evacuated by ambulance to the D. Fragista Health Centre where he was pronounced dead.
