The new version 2.0.0 of the timologio application goes live today, 22 April, incorporating the provisions of the relevant decisions on digital movement documents and electronic invoicing (A.1123/2024 – Phase B and A.1129/2025).

The main changes and additions include:

1. Select the language of the document

* There is now an option to select the language for issuing documents, Greek or English.

2. Movement Documents (A.1123/2024 – Phase B)

New functionalities are activated to better track movements. In particular:

* Addition of new Movement Document types 9.1, 9.2, 10.1, 10.2.

* Reverse Movement Option for document type 9.3.

* Interface loss management for vouchers type 9.1, 9.2, 10.1, 10.2.

* Cancellation management for type 9.1 and 9.2 documents.

* Addition of “Under Weighing” indication and entry of packaging details.

* Support for multiple connected MAPKs.

* Line-level Traffic Purpose and Other Reason for Traffic Entry.

3. Search and View (A.1129/2025)

New document search and view functionality is introduced:

* Ability to search for documents as a recipient.

* Display basic data for all issued documents, regardless of whether they were issued via the timologio application.

* Ability to view document summary.

* Ability to download document in PDF format to electronic billing (timologio – Provider).

* Add additional information, in case of transit, on:

– payment methods,

– multiple connected MAPKs,

– packaging details.

* Display of additional information, at line level, indicative:

– TARIC code,

– fees and other taxes,

– special line type,

– line comments.

The new version will be available after the upgrade, which will take place on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 (Hours: 7:30 – 9:30 am). During this time the app will not be available.

In the coming days, a new version of the myDATAapp mobile app will be available with corresponding functionalities for the second phase of digital goods movement monitoring.
