A 37-year-old man was arrested for attempted murder and dangerous bodily harm against a 20-year-old man in the Stavroupoli area of Thessaloniki, according to a statement from the authorities.
Specifically, after an incident between the two men inside their home, the 37-year-old injured the 20-year-old with a sharp object (broken glass) in the left hemithorax. The victim was taken by ambulance to a hospital in the city, where he is being treated. The arrested man, with the case file formed against him by the Department of Prosecution and Investigation of Crimes of Pavlos Mela, will be brought to the competent prosecutor.
