From today, Tuesday 19 May 2026 until Monday 25 May 2026 (time: 14:00), the platform for participation in the internal mobility programme of universities for the winter semester of the academic year 2026-2027 will be open.
The interested undergraduate students, who have been admitted through examinations at Panhellenic level of General Lyceum or Vocational Lyceum can apply online at: https://internalerasmus.it.minedu.gov.gr .
It is worth noting that each student may apply for transfer to a Greek public university of his/her choice and declare up to three first cycle programmes of study to which he/she wishes to transfer in order of preference.
The online application must be accompanied by the following documents, which must be posted on the digital platform, under the responsibility of the applicant:
– A copy of the academic identity card
– Certificate of studies of the Department/Monodule School
– Short curriculum vitae, based on the Europass CV template
– Letter of motivation for participation in the internal mobility programme, explaining the reasons for wanting to follow educational activities of the specific study programmes and to move for one academic semester to the HEI in question.

The Ministry of Education notes that each interested student may submit additional supporting documents, if he/she considers that they can contribute positively to the evaluation of his/her request (e.g. certificate of analytical grades, letters of recommendation from teaching staff, copy of qualifications, certificates of foreign language proficiency)
In order to access the corresponding online application, applicants must use the username and password provided by the Secretariat of their Faculty or Department for the academic services (e.g. student ID card, Eudoxos, etc.) of the institution they are studying.
Please note that for those students participating in the internal mobility program in the aforementioned semester, the right to apply for transfer/movement in the fall semester of the 2026-2027 academic year will be suspended.
The applications of the interested students and supporting documents are transmitted electronically to each HEI and evaluated by the Assembly of the host department/university.
