This Wednesday morning there was a serious accident in Omonia, as a man fell on the tracks of the electric train, resulting in the disruption of services.
Citizens waiting for the electric train, on line 1 of Omonia station, and security staff rushed to pull a man off the tracks and he appears to be in good health. For safety reasons, of course, there was a power outage until the operation to pull him out was over.
At this time it remains unknown when the electric train will resume service.
