Takis Zacharatos spoke to the camera of the “Buongiorno” programme and Polyxeni Karamicha at an event on domestic violence.

Takis Zacharatos referred to his book, “Pasta serrano”, dedicated to Vangelis Giakoumakis and all victims of bullying.

“This issue of domestic violence is a timeless one and it is something that has concerned me very intensely, because I have seen it happening all my life. From experiences, from my experience as a hairdresser where I heard so many stories both in my neighborhood and in my capacity as a hairdresser and then as an artist,” Takis Zacharatos said initially.

Takis Zacharatos then said, “I heard too many incidents and the idea was born in quarantine to write this book, which is dedicated to Vangelis Giakoumakis and all victims of bullying. Every day we have to open our eyes and nourish the good side of ourselves. Understanding is very important. No two people are alike, we talk about diversity, in various other issues. But diversity is everywhere and life is changing.”

Takis Zacharatos also said, “Because we are living in an era of narcissistic disorder with social and partisanship, this is a bubble and a lie. Because only ‘together’, only if we let ourselves be honest, true and ask for help. Because many people out there are stuck in their own personal drama or problem and are afraid to ask for help. Don’t be afraid to ask for help.”
