Tatiana Stefanidou spoke to television cameras during an event on Friday afternoon, referring both to her professional future and to rumours linking her to politics.
The journalist revealed that although she thought she would miss television, she does not feel that need after all, as she has devoted herself to new professional activities that fulfill her creative needs. As she explained, she is actively involved in transitioning the news websites she runs with her husband into the new age of artificial intelligence.
At the same time, she argued that the changes brought about by AI are enormous and comparable to historical turning points, noting that the internet and technology are radically transforming the world and everyday life.
With regard to the possibility of her return to television, she left the possibility open, but clarified that this would not be in the traditional way of being on television in front of the cameras.
Finally, she categorically denied the scenarios about her involvement in politics, stressing that she is not interested at all in this particular area, which she described as particularly toxic. She also noted that fake news has had a significant impact on public opinion, leading many to take such a move for granted, although she flatly denies it.
