“Our fellow citizens in the Reds had the opportunity to undergo free medical examinations, without the need for insurance, as part of an initiative that enhances universal access to health services and promotes equality in health care.

As part of the action, I informed my fellow citizens that the construction of a new, modern multifunctional Health Centre in Erythras is underway, with €7 million in funding secured. While we are immediately reinforcing the existing Health Centre with medical staff, providing GPs, paediatricians and nurses, while at the same time we will upgrade its buildings and medical equipment with modern cardiographs and defibrillators.

In parallel, we are creating a permanent 24-hour ambulance station at Erythres with five locations and fully equipped ambulances, ensuring immediate response to any emergency.

At this point it should be mentioned that our excellent cooperation with the Mayor of Mandra – Idyllas, Mr. Armodio Drikos, has led to tangible and substantial results.
