The authorities are investigating the causes of a serious traffic accident involving a 12-year-old girl in Salamina, specifically outside an elementary school.
The accident occurred on Tuesday night in Salamina, when the minor was swept away by a police car.
Speaking to ERT, ELAS spokeswoman Constantia Demoglidou pointed out that the driver of the police car was arrested for the serious incident and a case was filed against him.
He said the little girl was taken by an ambulance and escorted by a patrol car to the hospital.
The 12-year-old girl was taken by ambulance first to the Salamis Health Center and then to a hospital for surgery on her leg.
