The Athens Prosecutor’s Office has charged the 37-year-old Palestinian man with a felony, who was taken to Evelpidon court this morning.
The arrested man comes from Gaza, is a father of two children and for the last two years he has been residing in Agios Nikolaos, Crete, where he worked as an electrician in a hotel unit in the area.
The 37-year-old was referred to an investigator to apologise.
