Nikos Plakias accuses Zoe Konstantopoulou of lying in response to a video she posted claiming police violence against Panos Rouchi.
Specifically, in the video posted by Zoe Konstantopoulou, she claims that: “In the video, police officers use violence against Panos Rouchi, prevent him from approaching me, his lawyer, and push him away.
I hope now those government officials who said “it’s a lie” will apologize. The rest is at your discretion as to the coordinated operation to smear parents and me as an advocate and poison family-advocate relationships.”
In the video, police officers use violence on Panos Rucci, prevent him from approaching his advocate Zoe and push him away.

The same video was posted by the Eleftherias Eleftherias account on X, where Nikos Plakias, who was there at the time of the incident, commented:
“Can’t you see the cops raising their hands @Pleisi Eleftheria? I was right there as were dozens of relatives and we saw it and you’re pointing a camera from 10 feet away? Don’t lie, it won’t do you any good. No verbal or physical violence was used against Ruchi nor Ruchi against the police officers. Pushing yes, and pushing back yes, not violence!!! Just like Ruchi in no way lied about being hit or feeling unwell. From the intensity and pressure of the day at the time, he actually felt sick.”
