Some hours after the end of this year’s Eurovision grand final, Pericles Kondylatos made a post judging Akyla’s selection as the artist who represented our country in the contest.

More specifically, the well-known jewellery designer today Sunday (17.05.2026) posted a photo of Akyla, harshly criticising the young singer. It will be recalled that Akylas at Eurovsion came 10th with the song “Ferto”.

“This image with all that it implies is a disgrace for Greece. The Greek people cannot be disgraced with their own money every year with every poor man who presents his stupidity as an opinion and a victory. So what is the achievement? That he’s poor or gay? Other people poor and gay don’t exist? Our athletes who are poor and vegetating and struggling on their own don’t matter to you?

It’s a shame that the Greece of Hatzidakis, Theodorakis Papathanasiou of Irini Pappa and many other internationals, in 2026, is showing this. Stop the channels showing him as a hero when you yourself next week will throw him away like a squeezed lemon peel, because he will be of no use to you in selling inclusion and humanism (of k@l@@). Stop the slide. Stop the vivisection of man. Stop the woke culture of Soros and Zionism that want to enslave humanity. Stop the channels of m@l@@@@ and stupidity.

You have impoverished the Greek people and now you want to erase their memory of who they are. Greece represents over the centuries value not decadence. Mercy. Stop somewhere. No to humiliation, no to misery, no to cheapness. This competition is a singing and culture competition (it used to be, when there was Europe) not a human rights competition. Enough. Enough. Enough is enough,” Pericles Condylatos wrote in his post about Akyla.
