Operational evaluation of the Land Tactical Special Operations Command’s Special Operations Command’s Land Tactical Command Department by ASOFCOM

The evaluation and certification of the Special Operations Land Tactical Command of the Special Warfare Command was conducted from 11 to 14 May, in the wider region of Attikovoitia.

As announced today by the General Staff of National Defence (GNDF), the evaluation process was conducted using NATO SOFEVAL (Special Operations Force Evaluation) criteria by the Allied Special Operations Forces Command.

Special Operations missions and day and night attack response were performed as part of the evaluation.

After completing the process and writing the final report, the Special Operations Land Tactical Command was evaluated as “Operationally Capable – Mission Capable” in terms of its ability to conduct Special Operations missions.
