New information is coming to light about the illegal subsidies of OPEKEPE in Kozani and Agrinio.

According to information cited by Proto Thema, the name of Paraskevi Tycheropoulou is mentioned in the case file.

During the handover process, the former official allegedly refused to hand over her office space to the new commander, repeatedly avoiding coming forward to open her personal lockers.

According to the report, the agency authorities were forced to take drastic measures, calling a judicial officer, in whose presence a forced opening of her locked hermitage was carried out.

These 12 appeals bore the handwritten signature of Ms Tycheropoulou, who had accepted them.

The recent police operation found that the persons to whom these 12 appeals related are among the members who have been arrested and charged with participation in the criminal organization.

In this way, the applications of the people accused of acting as members of the ring were “protected” and approved inside Ms. Tycheropoulou’s locked office.

It is noted that, at present, Ms. Tycheropoulou is not being prosecuted or formally charged with any criminal offence.
