A disturbance was caused last night in Keratsini when a man on the balcony of an abandoned building began throwing objects into the street, endangering passing citizens and vehicles.
According to the EL.AS police officers immediately approached the spot with the required caution in order to prevent further danger.
During their approach, the man, by his own action, jumped from the balcony onto the roadway, resulting in his injury.
An ambulance was immediately called to the scene, which picked up the injured man and transported him to a hospital, where he is being treated.
The competent public prosecutor was informed about the incident, while the Keratsini – Drapetsona Police Department is conducting a preliminary investigation.
