The 58-year-old “gunslinger” who opened fire in a bar in Kallithea yesterday Sunday morning, injuring the owner’s wife, was taken to the prosecutor.

He was charged with two felonies and five misdemeanors.

*carrying a submachine gun (felony)
*weapon misuse (misdemeanor)
*unlawful possession of ammunition (misdemeanor)
*deliberate shooting (misdemeanor)
*possession of a knife (misdemeanor)
*possession of pepper spray (misdemeanor)

The defendant was remanded to a regular magistrate, where he requested and was given a deadline of the day after tomorrow, Wednesday, May 13, to prepare his plea.
