An indictment for a felony against Zoe Konstantopoulou is being formed for the videos she recorded of the Tempi trial and posted on social media.

This was stated today by the Minister of Justice, George Florides, speaking on Alpha 98.9 radio, referring to “a tiny majority that opposed without protesting for any particular reason, just seeing that the attempt to postpone the trial and secondly to transfer it to Athens from Larissa was collapsing in front of them”. To add: “In this attempt, Mrs Konstantopoulou played a leading role by committing felonious acts by filming a police officer against her will.”

“A case file is being formed ex officio by the competent prosecutor and it will be brought to court,” the Justice Minister also said, adding that “a case file has already been formed based on the publications on the felony act of videotaping a judge in Larissa and the publication on social media despite the refusal of the judicial officer who reported it and a case file was formed.”
