The Greek police arrested three Turkish nationals on Wednesday (29/4) at noon, who are accused of occasional violations of the laws on drugs and foreigners.

The arrests were made by the Directorate of Organized Crime, following a search of a home in an area of Attica, as part of an operation to tackle Turkish criminal networks operating in Greece.

As it was announced by the ELAS, during the investigation, 3.54 grams of raw cannabis were found and seized, among other things, while it was found that two of the arrested did not have the necessary documents for their legal stay in Greece.

The arrested persons were taken to the competent prosecuting authority, while the measure of administrative deportation will be imposed against them.
