The Easter departure of excursionists from the ports of Attica is in full swing, with the Coast Guard taking all necessary measures to facilitate the safe movement of passengers.

According to the initial data and estimates of the Coast Guard, for today’s departure, for today, Maundy Thursday, April 9, 2026, from the port of Piraeus and the Tzelepis gate, 20 sailings have been scheduled, with 20.225 passenger departures.

For the Saronic Gulf, 23 departures of conventional passenger ferries and 15 hydrofoil departures will be made, with 2,322 passenger departures.

11 sailings are scheduled from Rafina to the Cyclades, with an estimated 7,440 passenger departures, as well as four additional sailings to Marmari.

Nine sailings will take place from Lavrio with an estimated 2,284 passenger departures.

As for yesterday, Holy Wednesday 8 April, 14 departures were made from the port of Piraeus, with 15,214 passengers departing. From Rafina, 13 ship departures were recorded with 5,528 passengers, while in the Saronic Gulf 33 sailings were made with 7,016 passengers.

From Lavrio, 6 departures were made, with 1,348 passengers departing.
