The administration of the e-EFKA announced today (13.5.2026) that, in the context of the data migration to the new Integrated Information System (new IPS), the electronic service “Individual Insurance Account” will be temporarily suspended.
The e-EFKA service will not be available to the public from Friday 15 May 2026 at 15:00. The service will be back in productive operation from Monday 18 May 2026 at 12:00 pm.
As stated in an announcement, the temporary shutdown is considered absolutely necessary to ensure the smooth and secure migration of data to the new information environment, as well as to maintain the completeness, integrity and reliability of the information. This process is part of the overall plan to continuously upgrade and improve the digital services of the institution.
The management of e-EFKA thanks the policyholders for their understanding and cooperation during this transitional period, confirming its firm commitment to providing modern, reliable and high quality services to citizens.
