The prosecutor recommends the indictment of four police officers in the Kyriaki Griva murder case. The recommendation to the competent judicial council concerns the felony of fatal exposure by omission by an accountable person.

The case involves the station supervisor, the duty officer, the telephone operator and the police station guard. The magistrate is now expected to decide whether the case will proceed to trial by issuing an order.

Recall that, following their pleas in November, all four were given a restrictive condition of attending a police station twice a month.
