The deputy head of Iran’s Supreme Joint Military Command, Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, stated today that the “crimes” committed by the Israelis in the southern suburbs of Lebanon’s capital will not go unanswered, according to Iranian state media.
Mohammad Jafar Asadi’s comments came after Israel’s strikes on the southern suburbs of Beirut, which, according to Israel, were aimed at Hezbollah, Iran’s ally in Lebanon.
