Alexandros Tsouvelas spoke exclusively to the show “Buongiorno” and, among other things, mentioned his initiative to offer a defibrillator at each station of this year’s summer tour.
As he revealed, he has already secured the first ten defibrillators, noting that the immediate supply of all 44 was particularly difficult. However, he explained, the rest will be received gradually so that the action can be implemented in all the cities he will visit.
He said it was his wish that the defibrillators be placed in theatres and venues. In cases where the venues are privately owned, he is already in contact with municipal authorities to ensure the equipment ends up in places where there is a real need for each local community.
Referring to how the idea was born, he explained that he felt the need to reciprocate the love and support he receives from the people. As he noted, giving back to society is nothing new to him, as he has participated in similar activities in the past, long before he became a household name.
At the same time, he admitted that there were people who felt that the move was for publicity, but that did not affect his decision to continue the action.
In the interview, he also spoke about the new show he is preparing for September, which, according to the advance sales, is expected to sell out its available tickets soon. Finally, he referred to his partner and the comments he receives from time to time, making it clear that he doesn’t pay attention to offensive postings.
