Nikos Terzis had an interesting discussion on Saturday night, as he was the guest of Nikos Gritsis on the TV show “Asteroscone”. During his appearance, the distinguished composer and producer of the music scene took a look back at his collaborations with popular names of the pedagram.
“I’ve never gone with any big-name artists. I went with artists who became known,” the creator said at the beginning of his pitch.
Then Nikos Terzis added the following: “Sakis was at zero when I got involved, so was Mazonakis. Paparizou, I brought her from outside here and she was at zero. I didn’t want to deal with established artists.”
Besides the great work we had done with Anna Vissi and Nikos Karvelas, I didn’t want fancy artists, I wanted to create from scratch. I was setting up how something was going to be said, and how it was going to work out.”
