The wedding photographer was very emotional when she spoke about Gogo Mastrokosta, describing her introduction to the beloved couple.

Sylvia Gabriel spoke very warmly about the model and gymnast who passed away, revealing aspects of her life, while speaking about Traianos Della, she referred to him as the epitome of a man that all women would want next to them.

.
The woman who was tasked with photographing one of the couple’s most important moments broke down in tears while appearing on “Buongiorno”, describing her feelings and the personal experience she had with her friend Gogo Mastrokosta.

Gogo Mastrokosta: She saw two pages and said “you’re doing the wedding”

The photographer said it was a loss that deeply shocked her, and also spoke of her own personal experience with cancer: “I could never have imagined that those moments, which are some of the most important in my career, that images I would hold in my lens would later be used in such a way when Gogo was gone. At the time of the wedding, Gogo was the winner, Gogo had won the battle, she was happy, it was a magical atmosphere, the energy of the wedding. I didn’t know them. Gogo had come to my studio, opened my book, saw two pages and said “you’re doing the wedding”. That day we were all so excited, I was crying, we were all crying. There was just joy and emotion.”

Sylvia Gabriel went on to talk about the warmth of the deceased’s soul, something that was evident in her every action: “Gogo, as for many people and women especially, was an angel. She tried to help me with both my career and my personal life, with advice by introducing me to people she knew. She was truly an incredible creature. Most people knew her as a larger than life woman, beautiful, with great stature, strength, confidence, but I remember the warmth of her soul. At the wedding, as she was getting ready to be a bride, she had women by her side, ordinary women, with whom she had been through difficult times together when they were undergoing chemotherapy. She had them there beside her. And she always helped.”

“I had her in my prayers every day”

Referring to how she is experiencing this loss herself, she said: “I’ve been crying since the first message that Gogo left, I haven’t stopped crying. I have had her in my prayers every day. I have been through cancer myself. I was lucky because I was diagnosed very early and I didn’t have chemotherapy either.”

“Trajan was so protective of her”

He then spoke about the last time he visited Gogo Mastrokosta, describing the support and care that Trajan Della provided for her: “The last time I went to see her, she didn’t see many people, Trajan was protecting her so much, so she wouldn’t be exposed to so much germs. I saw her, then she was very sick. And she only said good things about me, that ‘you got over it, well done’.”

.
Sylvia Gabriel concluded her remarks by bursting into tears and speaking particularly warm words about Gogo Mastrocosta and her husband: “She was so happy for me that I got over it while she was sick. This girl was an angel, I say that and I get goose bumps. Trajan is the epitome of a man to me. He is the man all women would want to have by our side.”
