On Wednesday 27 May, Stamatis Poulis, Advisor to the Minister of Health and First Deputy Member of Parliament for the New Democracy. West Attica, paid a visit to the Aspropyrgos Health Centre on the occasion of the delivery of the new, modern, dental equipment, in the presence of the Deputy Mayor of the Care of the Third Age of Aspropyrgos, Mr. Antonios Konaxis. During his visit to the Health Centre, he had the opportunity to meet and discuss with the members of the health and administrative staff, about the interventions that have been and will be implemented at the Health Centre, aiming at the substantial upgrading of health services in the region.
Stamatis Poulis said :
“Today we have the pleasure of delivering new, modern, dental equipment to the Aspropyrgos Health Centre, substantially enhancing the quality of care and the daily service of the citizens of the region.
At the same time, with funding from the Recovery and Resilience Fund, we have created a Chronic Disease Management Clinic within the Health Centre, and will soon be upgrading the medical equipment of the Health Centre.
The strengthening of the hospital with human resources is particularly important, as it has recently been staffed with a Cardiologist, a Pediatrician, an Otolaryngologist, a Dentist and a Pulmonologist, while the immediate recruitment of an Orthopedist is imminent, satisfying a long-standing and long-standing request of the residents of the area.
Our goal in the future is to further enhance the services offered to you.
