A minor was attacked by three girls of the same age in Patras

A serious incident took place outside a school in Patras, as three 13-year-old girls beat a pupil of the same age in the Saravali area.

The victim of the attack told police that after she left the high school the two pupils approached her and started beating her, while the third was filming.

Two minors, aged 14 and 13, were arrested yesterday evening in Patras by the police officers of the Patras Sub-Directorate for the Prosecution and Detection of Crimes, against whom a case was filed for physical harm to weak persons.

At the same time, a case was formed against a 13-year-old girl for violation of personal data legislation, who is wanted.

Specifically, yesterday at noon, the three juvenile defendants approached a 13-year-old schoolmate while the latter was returning to her home and the two juvenile accused hit the 13-year-old in the face, causing her minor bodily harm, while the third accused was recording the criminal act on a mobile phone.

The case file formed against the juvenile defendants will be submitted to the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Achaia, while the forensic examination of the minor victim was ordered.
