A complaint of violence against a 16-year-old boy is being investigated by authorities in Thessaloniki, following a complaint filed by the minor’s mother.
According to the allegations, the incident occurred on the afternoon of Wednesday, May 13, during a physical examination before the child was admitted to a child psychiatric clinic of a hospital in the city.
The mother said she noticed visible marks on the 16-year-old’s neck and arm, according to sources in the National Police, and immediately filed a complaint.
The 47-year-old nurse was arrested under the spontaneous procedure and taken before the Thessaloniki Single-Member Plenary Court, where he was referred to trial on charges of simple bodily harm, according to information from AP-MPA.
