Kimberly Guilfoyle was next to Marina Vernikou at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre, on the occasion of the exhibition “EROS” by the charity Creaid.
The proceeds are intended for the purchase of important medical equipment for the Panagiotis and Aglaia Kyriakou Children’s Hospital.
The US Ambassador said that by attending the event, she supports Marina Vernikou in this effort, noting that she “lost” her parents to cancer.
“I am honored to be here to support my friend Marina who has been amazing. It was a great event, something really special for a great cause. As I have said, my father and mother died of cancer.
It’s something I care very much about and I would like to be here to support the country I now live in. The people who are fighting for the country and the people who are there for the children,” Kimberly Guilfoyle said.
