A shocking murder took place today (05.50.2026) Tuesday in Heraklion, Crete, where a man shot and killed a young driver.
According to reports, it was a vendetta. The young driver had allegedly killed the man’s son, resulting in the father taking the law into his own hands and shooting the young man in the area of Gazi, in the municipality of Malevizi in Heraklion.
The crime took place in Gazi, on Andreas Papandreou Street. The offender initially fled in a black Peugeot car, with reports of movement towards Ammoudara.
Subsequently, the father surrendered to the Malevizi Police Station a short time ago.
