A 40-year-old foreigner who was driving an electric scooter and was involved in a traffic accident, resulting in serious injury, is in a critical condition in the Intensive Care Unit of the Venizelion Hospital of Heraklion.
The accident occurred last Saturday night in an area of the municipality of Hersonissos and the 40-year-old was taken to hospital by ambulance, having suffered a serious head injury. Immediately after the surgery he underwent, the 40-year-old was deemed necessary to be admitted to the ICU, where according to the hospital’s administrator, Kostas Dandoulakis, he is being treated until this hour.
