An arrest warrant has been issued for the 59-year-old man accused of assaulting the 23-year-old woman in Pagrati, following an argument over a parking space. The 59-year-old, who has not yet been located and is wanted by the ELAS, was prosecuted for grievous bodily harm by the Athens Prosecutor’s Office. Regarding the timeline of the case, the incident occurred last Saturday afternoon, April 25, on Aristoxenou Street when the 23-year-old woman, while trying to park her vehicle, became irritated as the 59-year-old man thought he was obstructing her motorcycle. The 59-year-old started swearing at the 23-year-old and then assaulted her by hitting her in the face and throwing her to the ground. The 23-year-old was taken to Red Cross Hospital with facial injuries and a fractured leg.
