Thessaloniki: Handcuffs on 65-year-old Belarusian man with pending arrest and extradition order – Accused of economic offences

A 65-year-old Belarusian national has fallen into the hands of the authorities in execution of an international order for a series of financial offences allegedly committed in Russia.
