Mattilda Maggira was asked about her… sister’s television future. The well-known actress was at the official premiere of the “Caveman” theatre show, to honour her friend and colleague Sotiris Kalyvatsis, with Happy Day reporter Alexandros Routas asking her – not about her own professional steps – but about those of her… sister, Betty.
“I’m in a … fallow phase. And testing phase, medical testing, because I’ve picked up lesions, lots of lesions. I don’t have big fears anymore. Before it might have been death. Now it’s not even that. I take it easy, because I felt something at some point, which gave me the information that on the other side it is better than here,” Matilda Maggira initially said.
When the reporter asked her to reveal what her sister’s television future would be, she suggested he call her on the spot. So she did.
“I’ll just talk about my sister if there’s anything you want me to tell you, nothing else. I know everything, we talk about it,” Betty Maggira was heard saying over the mobile phone.
“I don’t know what’s been decided, because she’s been these days making her decisions. I’d love to see her in something of her own, where she’s creative and she can bring out what’s in her,” Mattheidi Maggira commented in closing.
