The 19-year-old Myrto’s partner spoke to ANT1, who spoke of limited and no communication between them.
As he noted, the contacts between them were “typical”, while he explained that it was the usual communication of a couple. “There were typical communications, like any man who goes out with his girlfriend and, when he comes home, sends her a message,” he pointed out.
“There’s nothing more to it than that. Like any man would go out with his girlfriend and, when he went home, he would text her,” he said. He also added that the only mention of it was when she told him she saw him on the waterfront. “We haven’t said anything in particular. She told me that she saw me on the waterfront, I said ‘I didn’t see you’ because I really didn’t see her. That’s all,” he said.
He said he left the 19-year-old with her transgender friend, Olivia, and left to return home: “Yes, I left her because I went home to get a powerbank.”
He further clarified that there was no invitation from Myrto’s side to go to the room where she was with other people. “No, she didn’t invite me anywhere,” he stressed.
