According to the National Weather Service, today, Wednesday, April 15, clouds are forecasted to be partly cloudy across the country. Local showers will occur in the Ionian Sea and in the western, central and northern mainland.
Visibility in the morning and evening hours in the western continental areas will be locally limited.
The meteorological conditions favour the transport of African dust in the central and southern regions.
Winds will blow east southeast at 4 to 6 Beaufort in the west and locally 7 Beaufort in the southern Ionian Sea, weakening from the afternoon. In the east it will blow east northeast 3 to 5 Beaufort and in the Aegean Sea locally 6 Beaufort.
The temperature will not change significantly and will reach 18 to 20 degrees Celsius in the north, 24 to 25 in the west, 20 to 22 in the rest of the regions and locally 24 degrees Celsius in northern Crete.
