An unthinkable incident occurred on Syngrou where a man was driving his electric scooter undisturbed in the left lane of the avenue.
Video posted on social media shows the man driving his electric scooter on Sygrou, first in the middle lane. In seconds he enters the left lane and then returns to the middle lane before entering the right lane.
And all this, without a helmet and while cars were speeding alongside. This is not the first incident on roads like Sygrou.
Several people are opting for either electric scooters or bicycles on avenues and expressways, even in the left lane, with shocking images.
