Stamatis Poulis, Advisor to the Minister of Health and First Deputy Member of Parliament for the New Democracy of West Attica, held a meeting with His Eminence Metropolitan Athenagoras of Ilion, Acharnon and Petroupolis, on the occasion of the start of free medical examinations to be held in the parishes of the Municipality of Fylis in cooperation with the Ministry of Health.
Stamatis Poulis said after the meeting:
“It was with great honor and respect that I visited His Eminence Metropolitan Athenagoras of Ilion, Acharnon and Petroupoleos, with whom we had the opportunity for a substantial and constructive discussion regarding the launch of free medical examinations in the parishes of the Municipality of Fili.
The medical examinations will take place within the framework of the outpatient care programme of the Ministry of Health, aiming at strengthening prevention and the equal and direct access of the citizens of West Attica to quality health services.
