Accusation for exposing a minor, jointly, was brought by the prosecutor against the two arrested men, after a mother’s complaint that they left her 17-year-old (disabled) daughter for two whole hours on a bus in eastern Thessaloniki.
The two arrested men were referred for trial under the self-incrimination procedure at the Thessaloniki Single-Member Plenary Court. They are the 58-year-old driver of the bus and the 46-year-old attendant – both employees of a day care centre for the disabled.
