Yiannis Stankoglou was a guest on Fanis Lambropoulos’ show on Thursday night (19/3) and, among other things, referred to his recent feud with Yannis Smaragdis, who had said he did not know him.
“Visually and visually he knows me and I know him, but he said he doesn’t know me to do this show. Of course I know him, I’ve seen his films,” the well-known actor said, adding that he doesn’t like them at all.
Then he noted: “I can express a personal opinion, since I am asked. I’m waiting for ‘Capodistria’ to come on TV to see it.”
When the presenter asked him if he would go to an official premiere after an invitation, the actor replied that “I will think about it”, without ruling out the possibility of working together in the future, under certain conditions and with a clear idea of how a possible film would be shot.
At another point in the interview, he also mentioned the Wild Bees series, explaining why he was initially negative: “I didn’t want to be involved at all, nor did I want to do a daily. I had read three or four episodes and the creators knew very well what scripting meant. However, I didn’t think it would have this success because it was a daily,” said Yannis Stankoglou.
They had four or four writers who knew the script and knew how to write it.
