Spain has officially closed its airspace to flights involved in Operation Epic Rage, a US-Israeli-led operation against Iran.
In fact, according to El Pais, it bans transit through the entire Madrid FIR, thus blocking US aircraft stationed in third countries such as M. Britain or France, from using its airspace in the war.
As the Spanish medium reports, Washington has withdrawn its plan to deploy B-52 and B-1 bombers in Morón after consulting Madrid and the entire Iberian Peninsula will now have to be bypassed.
