A 14-year-old girl was taken to Rethymno hospital with symptoms of drunkenness due to alcohol consumption.
More specifically, along with her friends, the 14-year-old bought alcohol last Friday night (29.05.2026) from a kiosk in the town of Rethymnon.
Soon afterwards, the minor became unwell and was taken by ambulance to the Rethymnon Hospital, according to creta24.
She was given first aid and when she felt better, the doctors decided that she could leave, which she did.
A 54-year-old woman, temporarily in charge of the kiosk, was arrested for the incident and is accused of supplying the alcohol to the minor.
