Olympiacos “destroyed” Mykonos Betsson 109-83 for the 24th round of the GBL, with Homer Netzipoglou having his best performance in a Piraeus jersey.

After a bad first quarter, which also brought… gas from Giorgos Bartzokas, Olympiacos picked up speed for the rest of the game against Mykonos Betsson and reached a dominant victory, thanks to the orgies of Homer Netzipoglou.

The Greek international guard shot non-stop from the 6.75 line and set a GBL career-high with 5/6 three-pointers, scoring a career-high 27 points as the absolute star of the game.

Frank Nilikina was outstanding for Olympiacos with 19 points, while Monte Morris, Kostas Papanikolaou and Alec Peters were also in double figures for the Piraeus team, with Tyson Ward adding nine points and 10 assists. King stood out for the losers with 24 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals.

Olympiacos had the chance to rest his starters and now concentrates on the Euroleague devil’s week, which will decide his presence in the final four.

The quarters: 17-20, 54-47, 85-59, 109-83
